Be More Explosive and a Better Overall Athlete
If your athlete can’t jump a certain height or run a certain speed, it’s because they’re not generating enough force. Basically, they aren’t strong enough. How do we “fix” that?
Strength Training
This is the foundation of our training. You have to start here. A stronger athlete is a better athlete. You can not just play game after game. You have to train to solidify the body for competition.
Speed - Agility -Quickness
Improved speed, quickness, and agility comes from consistently training your speed, quickness, and agility. Remember, speed kills!
Flexibility
Increased range of motion (ROM) is a key component in preventing injuries. Not to mention, it improves your sport-specific training.
What We Work On
Of course each athlete is different but there are several things that every athlete needs and that will all start with being a stronger athlete. We’ll start in the weight room and access what each athlete needs, no matter what the sport is. As time goes on we’ll work on each athlete’s needs to achieve peak performance on the field or court.
