Youth Speed/Strength Training


For individuals 10 – 18 years of age who are wanting to vastly improve speed, strength, jumping ability, explosiveness, quickness, agility, endurance and flexibility. The athlete will consistently be taken through the appropriate sport specific training protocols needed to achieve the previously mentioned results.

Sessions are $35 for each hour. 

June 28th week: Trainings this week will be held at Payne Park in Sarasota.

If your athlete would like to do a 2 hour block, the price is $70 for those 2 hours.  You can do one hour only on a 10 am-12 pm block for $35.  You do not have to do both hours but must start at 10 am or 5pm.
