Youth Speed/Strength Training
For individuals 18 years of age and younger who are wanting to vastly improve speed, strength, jumping ability, explosiveness, quickness, agility, endurance and flexibility. The athlete will consistently be taken through the appropriate sport specific training protocols needed to achieve the previously mentioned results.
During this 30 day segment, I will meet with you personally and train you 2-3 times a week, which will give you 10-12 challenging personal training sessions during this 30 day segment. Each session is 45-60 minutes.
This 30 day segment includes a prescribed meal plan. For the days that we don’t meet, I prescribe cardio workouts for you to complete on your own. It also includes pre-body assessments with photos and post-body assessments with photos.
Exercise Routine Coaching (ERC)$250.00

Our ERC program is a 4 week segment where I personally prescribe and tailor a 4 week exercise program that combines strength training, cardio, and stretching routines. In this 4 week segment, you will receive a scheduled 5-10min coaching accountability call every Sunday plus daily accountability texts to make sure you’re getting your workouts in and answering any questions you may have.
Throughout the entirety of the 4 weeks, I will be texting daily in holding you accountable to the completion of your workouts. You, the client, will also be required to text in an Exercise Accountability Photo immediately after your workout is completed. This will help with accountability.
Also, at the start of this 4 week program, you will be required to send 2-3 goals that you want to achieve from this. As well as a before photo of yourself in your typical everyday attire or exercise gear. At the completion, you will also be required to send in an after photo of yourself. After the 4 weeks is completed, you have the choice of renewing for another 4 weeks.
Coaching/Motivational Calls$30.00 – $60.00
These are short incremental motivational calls designed to keep you mentally on track, motivated and focused. It can be something as simple as tweaking a meal plan, workout, or maybe just a, “ You can do it.” These coaching calls are very effective in your pursuits of improving your physique.
Virtual Personal Training$500.00
During this 30 day segment slot, I will meet with you via online video through ‘ Facebook messenger,’ and train you 2-3 times a week, which will give you 10-12 challenging personal training sessions during this 30 day segment. Each session is 45-60 minutes. In addition, this 30 day segment includes a prescribed meal plan. Also, I prescribe cardio workouts for you to complete on your own, for the times that we don’t meet. Lastly, to track progress, you will be required to send in before and after photos with basic body measurements(neck, right and left arm, bust, waist, hip, right and left thigh, weight).
