Prices are based on 30 minute sessions. For hour sessions, just double the amount. We do offer package deals at a discounted rate per 10 sessions purchased.
Coach T’s one on one personal training sessions are not like the norm. Whether it’s a 30 minute session ($33), or a 60 minute session ($66), and whatever age you are, you will be challenged accordingly to your current level of conditioning. You will do things that you never thought that you could do, and you will achieve things that you never thought you could achieve. You will look, feel, and move better than you have in a long time. 30 Min Session. For individuals 10 - 18 years of age who are wanting to vastly improve speed, strength, jumping ability, explosiveness, quickness, agility, endurance and flexibility. The athlete will consistently be taken through the appropriate sport specific training protocols needed to achieve the previously mentioned results. Our youth athlete training is available in groups of 2 or more athletes as well. Groups receive a discounted rate of $20 per athlete per 30 min.
Can't make it in to train with us? Let's do it virtually then!! Our ERC program is a 4 week segment where I personally prescribe and tailor a 4 week exercise program that combines strength training, cardio, and stretching routines. In this 4 week segment, you will receive a scheduled 5-10min coaching accountability call every Sunday plus daily accountability texts to make sure you're getting your workouts in and answering any questions you may have. Throughout the entirety of the 4 weeks, I will be texting daily in holding you accountable to the completion of your workouts. You, the client, will also be required to text in an Exercise Accountability Photo immediately after your workout is completed. This will help with accountability. Also, at the start of this 4 week program, you will be required to send 2-3 goals that you want to achieve from this. As well as a before photo of yourself in your typical everyday attire or exercise gear. At the completion, you will also be required to send in an after photo of yourself. After the 4 weeks is completed, you have the choice of renewing for another 4 weeks.
With this service, Coach T will help with your food choices, portion control, and other strategies to help you reach your goals. This is a very unique service, because there will be daily text Communication Throughout the entirety of the four weeks with Coach T. This service includes (1)-Virtual Coaching call and (4)-30min Coaching calls: 1st coaching call-Goals,Assessment & Expectations. You will need to have on hand a measuring tape for Coach to guide you through taking body measurements. It’s a good idea to have someone hold the tape for you. You will also need a scale that you own to get your starting weight. 2nd-5th coaching calls-We will be Going over the upcoming week’s game plan. Making sure we are on the same page in what needs to happen in the upcoming week. Accountability-Expectations-Attitude! Are you gonna hit your goal or not?
We are very excited about this service because it offers a LIVE motivation kick-start or reset to you as the client. Coach T calls you specifically and gets you aligned back up in the pursuit of your goals. Coach will help you have the proper mindset and attitude for success.
These are 30 or 60 min sessions held in gym most of the time, however, occasionally we may go to the track. You’ll be notified of the location well before training begins.
