Big shout out to Sarah for completing her 600 walking lunges this past week. We see Sarah from time to time when she’s in town. If she’s in the area, you can bet she’s coming by to squeeze in a few sessions.
The key to keeping your weight tight when on vacation is to always make time to stay on track! If you can get in somewhere for 45 minutes to an hour, it will make a huge difference in keeping yourself tight and tone, even while away from home. It really doesn’t take much time but can make a large impact and it’s definitely worth it!
